Creating Roles
Control what your team members and clients can and can’t do. Roles are pre-made templates with specific permissions.
Restrict project access from clients by tagging them as “client”.
- Visit the Settings tab at the bottom left
- Head over to Roles and Permissions
- Click on Add Role
- Tick permissions specific to the role and Save
Adding Permissions to Roles
Created a role without permissions? Follow these steps to assign permissions and restrictions to roles.
- Visit the Settings tab at the bottom left
- Head over to Roles and Permissions
- Select a Role
- Tick suitable permissions
Assigning Roles to Users
Now that you’ve created a list of roles, assign them to each member and client through these steps.
- Visit the Settings tab at the bottom left
- Head over to Users
- Click the Add User button on the top right
- Fill in the User’s full name, email, and newly made role
- Click Save
