Creating Roles

Control what your team members and clients can and can’t do. Roles are pre-made templates with specific permissions.

Restrict project access from clients by tagging them as “client”.

  1. Visit the Settings tab at the bottom left
  2. Head over to Roles and Permissions
  3. Click on Add Role
  4. Tick permissions specific to the role and Save

Adding Permissions to Roles

Created a role without permissions? Follow these steps to assign permissions and restrictions to roles.

  1. Visit the Settings tab at the bottom left
  2. Head over to Roles and Permissions
  3. Select a Role
  4. Tick suitable permissions

Assigning Roles to Users

Now that you’ve created a list of roles, assign them to each member and client through these steps.

  1. Visit the Settings tab at the bottom left
  2. Head over to Users
  3. Click the Add User button on the top right
  4. Fill in the User’s full name, email, and newly made role
  5. Click Save
