Business Settings and Working Hours

Customize business preferences by heading over to the Settings > General tab.

*These options are only available for admin users.

Change Smartoo Instance URL

1. Visit the Settings tab at the bottom left
2. Click on General
3. Under Application Info, edit Company Name or Instance URL
4. Click Save

You will be logged out once saved. Log back in to check if the system has saved your changes.

Company name and Instance URL changes can be done at any time.

Set up Business Working Hours

These settings help you and your team have a positive work-life balance. Smartoo automatically sets working hour limits through visual indicators.

1. Visit the Settings tab at the bottom left
2. Click on General
3. Under General Preference, check off the days your business operates
4. Indicate how long your working day lasts

Open Smartoo with Filtered Projects

Make it easy for your team to focus on their work by having the dashboard show projects they are currently working on.

1. Visit the Settings tab at the bottom left
2. Click on General
3. Under General Preference, toggle Filter Own Project on App Load on
4. Click Save
